Project Administrator

Department / Business Unit: Project Development

Reporting to: Senior Project Manager / Project Manager


Qualification:

  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Age 22-30 years old.
  3. Bachelor Degree in any fields
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Good organized, attention in execution to details, ability to prioritize and plan before taking actions
  7. Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience is an advantage but new graduate with potential profile is also welcomed.
  8. Can start working immediately is preferred

Responsibility:

  1. Liaise with related department in organization, suppliers and vendors
  2. Prepare purchase request, purchase order, invoicing / billing documents and related documents for the project.
  3. Answer incoming calls from others, answer inquiries and questions for coordinate
  4. Others related tasks as assigned.

Office Engineer

Department / Business Unit: Project Development-Residential

Reporting to: Vice President Project Development-Residential


Qualification:

  1. Thai Nationality, age 25 years up
  2. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Offices
  4. At least 2 years of experience in real estate
  5. Knowledge of construction management / Expertise in engineering / architecture
  6. Knowledge of laws related to real estate development
  7. Have the ability to negotiate and communication Including systematic presentations

Responsibility:

  1. Checking the conditions and details in the contract relating to construction
  2. Responsible for estimate the price process and Bill of Quantities
  3. Coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure the smooth implementation of all projects and achieve effective goals.
  4. Prepare a comparative report from the contractor. Proposed to construction manager
  5. Responsible for project purchasing (Subtractor, Supplier)
  6. Responsible for the approval process for Variation Order

Project Engineer

Department / Business Unit: Project Development

Reporting to: Project Manager


Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field
  2. At least 2 years experience in Project Development Real Estate or Property Industry
  3. Strong in Project Management skill
  4. Real estate motivated, well - organized and good analytical skills
  5. Problem solving skills
  6. Good command of spoken and written English
  7. Knowledge in Construction regulation or related law

Responsibility:

  1. Track and analyze project performance to follow up the progress and solve problems
  2. Monitor making reports to summarize overall project management to improve performance of staffs and delegate project tasks more effectively
  3. Coordinate bid and qualifications processes to select contractors and subcontractors.
  4. Oversee all dates and processes within a project to ensure the project progresses as anticipated including but not limited to critical dates within development agreements, purchase agreements, permitting and construction
  5. Oversee all process of variation order.
  6. Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  7. Monitor making reports to summarize overall project management to improve performance of staffs and delegate project tasks more effectively
  8. Skilled in reading design and construction drawings for all disciplines
  9. Prepare project executive report to the management

Senior Marketing Communication Executive

Department / Business Unit: Marketing Department

Reporting to: Assistant Vice President – Marketing Department


Qualification:

  1. Female or male, Age 26 years up
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related fields
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills for both Thai and English
  4. Working knowledge of MS-Office and Photoshop
  5. Energetic, well-organized, initiative and able to work under pressure and deadlines
  6. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  7. Strong teamwork attitude

Responsibility:

  1. Develops and implements integrated marketing communication plans for the corporate and products.
  2. Develop a wide range of high quality marketing materials both offline & online.
  3. Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
  4. Manage internal and external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to agreed budget
  5. Managing the marketing communication budget.
  6. Delivery of communications programs to increase brand awareness

Qualification:

  1. Thai Nationality, Age 24-30 years old.
  2. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Real Estate Management, Finance or related field.
  3. 2-3 years’ work experience in real estate field.
  4. Good command in both reading & spoken English.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  7. Good business sense. Have a positive attitude and strong initiative.

Responsibility:

  1. Identify new business expansion opportunities.
  2. Monitor market performance
  3. Able to perform financial planning and analysis.
  4. Feasibility study.

Software Development (Programmer, System Analyst)

Department / Business Unit: IT

Reporting to: IT Manager


Qualification:

  1. Thai Nationality, age 25 years up
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or related fields.
  3. Welcome new graduate or Have 1-3 years of experience
  4. Knowledge of SQL Command.
  5. Applicants must have strong PHP, HTML, Java, Crystal Report and Mobile Application skills.
  6. Proactive, self-motivated, systematic thinking, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
  7. Good English communication skills both written and oral.

Responsibility:

  1. Complete the software development lifecycle of web application, including participation in requirements gathering, application design, developing code, testing, deployment and maintenance
  2. Coding and testing program modules that meet design specifications; assisting in design.
  3. User Training/Support Software.
  4. Update Software documents.
