- Male or female, age 23 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficient in English and Chinese language skills would be advantage.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.

- Contacting prospective clients to understand their property requirements, and provide adequate advice.
- Negotiating prices, terms and conditions.
- Managing all documents in the buying /selling process.
