Chief Executive Officer
The founder of Nye Estate, Ms Ornruedi Na-Ranong is the Chief Executive Officer. She has extensive experience in the property sector. She was in charge of several property development projects, including Park Ventures Ecoplex on Wireless Road, one of Thailand's best-known office towers. This project was its first mixed-use commercial Grade-A office building in Thailand, which houses the Okura Prestige Hotel in Thailand and received the LEED Platinum award from the US Green Building Council. This project also was awarded the Thailand Energy Award 2013 and ASEAN Energy Award. Other residential developments that she undertook was over billion 22,000 Baht in high-rise U Delight Condominium and U Condo low-rise Condominium.

Sutee Limpanachaipornkul is a master in maximizing the potential of space in property project, thanks to his engineering and real estate development background. Before joining Nye Estate, he spearheaded the Park Ventures development project, a premium mixed-use office complex. Prior to that, he worked in leading real estate companies where he has involved in various luxury residential projects like Baan- Ratchadamri, Baan Nantasiri and Baan Siri 24, as well as several luxury hotels like The Okura Prestige Bangkok, Le Meridien Samui and Marriott Courtyard Phuket.
Sutee holds bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and master’s degree in project management from Clemson- University, USA. He started his career at Beers Skanska in the US where he was responsible for the construction of several property projects. Returning to Thailand, he worked with leading real estate companies where he was responsible for various projects, before joining Nye Estate.
