  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in sales within a property sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
  • A good ability in speaking and writing of English
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Personal integrity with a genuine desire to engage with our potential buyers at the most professional level
  • Whilst the Sales Executive will be primarily based within a Sales & Marketing suite, have the ability to travel to meet with potential buyers, as needed

Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company’s lifestyle vision, our products and services. Our best Sales Executive will have built a deep and comprehensive understanding of our considerable research, to identify how our proposition meets the needs of our potential customers.
  • Help meet monthly team sales quotas, through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Plan and organised one’s daily work routine to call on existing or potential customers to maintain a close understanding of their position within the decision cycle.
  • Develop and implement a sales action plan through comprehensive data analysis, that is the result of regular maintenance and input to a comprehensive Sales & Marketing Management system.


Daily and Monthly

  • Cultivate good working relationships with our potential buyers to ensure an exceptional service, and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Manage appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new sales of Otium Sathorn residences.
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the senior living marketplace, and be relentless in demonstrating the uniqueness of the Otium Sathorn senior living lifestyle.
  • Exceed sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilising product demos and presentations
  • Collaborate with other members within the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, with a passion for continually learning from on-going market research and regular competitor monitoring
