Human Resource Executive ( 1 position )


  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or other related fields
  2. At least 1 year experience
  3. Ability to deal with diverse people
  4. Having understanding of labor laws and other related laws
  5. Highly motivated, well – organized and good analytical skills.
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem solving skills
  7. Service-minded and “can do” attitude
  8. Good command for spoken and written English

Job Responsibility

  1. Support recruitment and selection process in order to ensure comprehensive procedure used and suitable candidate is selected and filled up in a timely manner
  2. Coordinate Induction and on boarding program to ensure new hires smoothly integrated with existing employees.
  3. Coordinate internal and external training and Implement and administer employee’s development needs process including yearly training plan and ensure the plan executed as per timeline
  4. Ensure fast and clear communication to all levels of employees pertaining to corporate news and other HR related news by developing appropriate communication channels
  5. Coordinate with staff on business or employee activity with successfully result
  6. Coordinate about employee benefit (SSO System, Provident Funds, Health insurance, Life Insurance)
  7. Other duties or projects which may be assigned from time to time
